Sigma Health Rehab in White Plains, NY is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. Provide high-quality rehab services, assess residents, and design effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities include pain relief through exercises and hands-on therapy, supervision of PT aides, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. New grads welcomed and mentorship provided; flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current New York State PT License.
• Per diem availability and willingness to train new grads.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' conditions and develop rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve pain through exercises, hands-on therapy and stretching.
• Monitor residents' performance and assist with tasks.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal requirements.

Duties of an exceptional therapist include:
