Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at the Bronx Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Bronx, NY. You will work within a state‑of‑the‑art rehab gym, evaluating residents and creating personalized rehabilitation plans to help restore mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current New York State Physical Therapist License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' conditions and develop rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve pain using exercises and hands-on therapy.
• Guide residents through tasks and monitor performance.
• Supervise activities of physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.

Duties of an exceptional physical therapist (PT) include:

• Relieve resident's pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching
