Job summary

Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join as a Per Diem provider. You will evaluate patients, design and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with nurses, OT, and speech therapy to support rehab goals.

You will educate patients and families, maintain detailed progress notes, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives in a warm, patient-centered environment.
