Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and cognitive abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address residents' goals and needs
Provide occupational therapy interventions, including but not limited to, range of motion exercises, strengthening and stretching techniques, and cognition and memory exercises
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and needs
