Job summary

Qualifications

• Implement and modify treatment plans to address patient needs and goals, ensuring progress and recovery.
• Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, and speech therapy teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in physical therapy.
