Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring licensed physical therapists to deliver in-home PT services for adults and seniors in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach. We offer flexible schedules, a consistent caseload, and team support in a patient-centered setting.

Positions are paid per visit with compensation based on experience and visit complexity. Benefits may include PTO, paid holidays, and possible eligibility for medical benefits depending on status and hours.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology—email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
