Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) to deliver in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach. The role offers full-time and part-time options with a flexible schedule and a consistent caseload.

Therapists will conduct evaluations, implement rehabilitation programs, and educate patients and families while maintaining Medicare-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in homes.
• Comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adults and geriatrics.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans.
• Maintain home health documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• IHT PT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65-80 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
