Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed home care Physical Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in and around Cape Coral. You will deliver in-home PT services with a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and supportive team resources.

Compensation is per visit, with rates ranging from $65 to $80 per visit. The role includes mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for career growth and development within a therapy-first organizational approach.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients at home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to develop goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare standards.

The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65-80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
