In Home Rehab Group provides home-based physical therapy for older adults across South Florida. We offer flexible, patient-centered care with a focus on geriatrics and one-on-one treatment in patients' homes.

We seek an experienced physical therapist to join our growing team in the Palm Beach County area, with part-time/PRN hours and autonomy to organize your weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license and registration required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to document per Medicare guidelines.
• Experience documenting evaluations and treatments in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes.
• Provide creative and individualized treatment sessions.
• Engage family and caregivers; provide education/HEP/DME recommendations.
• Complete all documentation via EMR.
• Maintain frequent communication with supervisor and patient representative.

Physical Therapist- Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach

In Home Rehab of Florida provides physical therapy to older adults in their homes throughout South Florida. We are a Medicare part A and B in home practice, and we are looking for an experienced and passionate physical therapist to join our growing team! Our clinic focuses primarily on geriatrics, providing one on one care for our patients.

We offer competitive hourly rates, the flexibility to organize your own weekly schedule and the autonomy to create meaningful and customized treatment sessions.

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills in order to maximize patient outcomes.

This is a great opportunity for a physical therapist who is looking for a different model of treating, outside the clinic, a physical therapist already making home visits who would like to take on additional work, or a physical therapist who is looking for a high level of flexibility in their work schedule.
