Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a full-time licensed Home Health Physical Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in The Villages. You will deliver in-home PT, evaluate mobility and strength, and implement personalized rehabilitation plans in patients' homes.

The role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy over your day, mileage reimbursement, and provided tools to reduce windshield time, with paid training and mentorship to support clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients.
• Basic comfort with technology, including EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• IHT PT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit
