Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a dedicated physical therapist to join the inpatient acute care team at CHA Cambridge Hospital.

The PT will evaluate and treat patients in the acute care setting and participate in the same-day joint replacement program, with potential pediatric opportunities at nearby campuses.

MA PT licensure and AHA BLS certification are required; inpatient acute care or SNF experience is preferred, and new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

  • MA PT licensure required.
  • AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates and treats patients in inpatient acute care setting.
  • Works with the same-day joint replacement program.

This position is part of the multidisciplinary rehab team caring for patients at the Cambridge Hospital. The physical therapist evaluates and treats patients in the inpatient acute care setting as well as the same day joint replacement program. There are also potential opportunities to provide care to the pediatric population on the inpatient behavioral health units at the nearby Somerville Hospital campus or CHA’s PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care for Elders) program.

Cambridge Hospital is conveniently located on T bus routes as well as being near subway stops on the Green and Red lines.
