Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the inpatient rehab Somerville team on a per diem basis. The role involves conducting patient evaluations and delivering both group and individual treatments on inpatient medical and behavioral health units at Somerville Hospital.

Requirements include BS/MS/OTD in Occupational Therapy, MA OT licensure, and AHA BLS certification, with a minimum of 1 year OT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Inpatient child/adolescent behavioral health is desired.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS/MS/OTD) is required.
• Current MA OT licensure and AHA BLS certification are required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an OT is strongly preferred.

The Occupational Therapist is part of the multidisciplinary rehab team caring for patients, primarily at Somerville Hospital. The OT completes evaluations as well as providing groups and individual treatments on inpatient acute care medical and behavioral health units.
