Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) at BAYADA Home Health Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time opportunity providing home health visits in Guilford County, based in our Greensboro, NC office.

This role involves delivering home health services to adult and geriatric clients across territories in Rockingham or Guilford counties. As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you will help clients receive the rehabilitative and skilled nursing care needed to remain at home.

Responsibilities:

1. Make home visits to clients in designated areas.
2. Perform diagnostic tests such as mobility, joint range, stability, ambulation, strength, endurance, balance, and safety assessments.
3. Implement wound prevention and repair interventions using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
4. Develop and adjust individualized care plans, including manual therapy, gait training, and balance exercises.
5. Assess and revise care plans, collaborating with nursing staff as needed.
6. Educate clients and families on rehabilitative activities to promote health and independence.
7. Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately using electronic devices.

Qualifications:

1. Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
2. At least one year of recent PT experience.
3. Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency with computers; experience with EMR preferred.
