Your Impact as a Home Health Physical Therapist:

What We’re Looking For:

• Active NC Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Graduation from an accredited PT program (APTA or CAHEA/AMA-approved)
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to a supportive team
