BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team! Our Home Health office serves the Cecil County area, providing compassionate, high-quality care in a home setting.

What You'll Do:

1. Home Visits: Travel to clients' homes across designated areas, delivering personalized physical therapy services.
2. Assessment & Treatment: Conduct diagnostic tests (e.g., joint range, muscle strength, balance) and develop individualized care plans. Use evidence-based interventions like manual exercises, gait training, and balance techniques.
3. Wound Care: Implement interventions to prevent wound formation and promote healing using advanced dressings and topical agents.
4. Client & Family Education: Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care to promote health, safety, and independence.
5. Documentation: Keep accurate electronic records using our modern tablets, updating care plans as needed.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience & Licensing: Current MD Physical Therapist license and at least one year of recent clinical experience.
2. Education: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or similar accrediting body.
3. Skills: Ability to work independently with strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Computer proficiency; EMR experience preferred.
