Premier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled PT services. You will assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy to enhance residents’ quality of life and independence.

The role involves supervising PTAs and collaborating with the care team to ensure safe, effective therapy and excellent communication with residents and families. We offer a sign-on bonus for full-time hires and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Valid physical therapy license (PT) in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.

JOB SUMMARY

The Physical Therapist / PT position is to be responsible for providing skilled physical therapy. The physical therapist will assess, plan, and implement personalized physical therapy interventions to enhance residents' quality of life and functional independence.

Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and guide certified physical therapy assistants (PTAs)
• Collaborate with other health care professionals in the assessment, planning, and safe implementation of all therapy.
• Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid physical therapy / PT license
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy / PT program
• Successful criminal background check
• Subject to pre-employment drug testing
• Long-term care facility experience preferred
