Principle LTC is seeking a Physical Therapist / PT to provide skilled physical therapy in a 24/7 skilled nursing facility. You will assess, plan, and implement personalized interventions to enhance residents' quality of life and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license required.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Successful criminal background check.
• Subject to pre-employment drug testing.
• Long-term care facility experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and guide certified physical therapy assistants (PTAs).
• Collaborate with other health care professionals in assessment, planning, and safe implementation of therapy.
• Be a resident advocate with the resident at the center of care.
• Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff.
• Provide clinical documentation and create positive resident outcomes.

JOB SUMMARY

The Physical Therapist / PT position is to be responsible for providing skilled physical therapy. The physical therapist will assess, plan, and implement personalized physical therapy interventions to enhance residents' quality of life and functional independence.

• Supervise and guide certified physical therapy assistants (PTAs)
• Collaborate with other health care professionals in the assessment, planning, and safe implementation of all therapy.
