Job summary

Ensign Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) in Colorado for a full-time role. You will evaluate patients, create individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies within a collaborative team led by local clinical leadership.

New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome. Schedule is Monday–Friday with flexibility based on patient needs. Benefits are available at 32 hours per week, with opportunities to mentor PTAs and therapy students.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with nursing, providers, and therapy colleagues.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document care accurately and support safe discharge planning and patient education.
