Job summary

Quality Rehab Physical Therapy in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics and neurological rehabilitation. The role focuses on evaluation, developing individualized plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a one-on-one setting.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, implement manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, and educate patients on prevention and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (or eligible before start date).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized plans of care.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and evidence-based interventions.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
