Preferred Therapy Solutions in Sharon, CT, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. You will deliver comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with rehab staff to promote resident independence.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in CT.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities
