Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Sharon, CT is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our sub-acute rehab team. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy and work closely with nursing staff to promote residents' independence.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay rates ($45–$55/hr), generous PTO, full benefits, and ongoing CE support. Experience with electronic documentation and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
