Job summary

Northside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Gadsden, AL is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. This role offers a day shift (7a-3p) and a supportive environment that values clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop plans, supervise PTA interventions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and Alabama PT license are required; sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) certification in Alabama.
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred).
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation.
