Job summary

Northside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Gadsden, AL is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a day shift (7a-3p). You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, deliver hands‑on therapy, mentor staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in geriatric rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) certification in Alabama
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
