Job summary

Woodland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Alabama is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, day-shift role. The position involves evaluating patients, designing and executing tailored treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, and supervising PTA interventions across Woodland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center and nearby Cullman facilities.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) certification in the state of Alabama.
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Mentor and guide therapy staff.
