Woodland Village Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Alabama is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our compassionate therapy team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy while guiding PTA staff.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist ( PT ) certification in the state of Alabama.
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred).
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Mentor and guide therapy staff

2. Sign On Bonus $10,000!! (only valid for full time employees, invalid if you received a sign on bonus from any Venza Care facility in the past)
3. Per Diem $55/hr
4. Telehealth opportunity available! $60/hr
