Job summary

Adams Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Alexander City, Alabama is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Therapy team. This role offers meaningful work, opportunities for growth, and a supportive environment where your contributions are valued.

You will evaluate patients, design and implement personalized treatment plans, supervise PTA interventions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore independence and quality of life for geriatric residents.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) certification in Alabama.
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred).
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
