Life Care Center of Gray is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our full-time day shift. You will provide direct rehab services to patients under physician referrals, adhering to Life Care standards and regulations.

Ideal candidates hold a state PT license (DPT/BSPT/MSPT), CPR certification, and are open to mentoring new grads. The role emphasizes teamwork, documentation, and compassionate care in a post-acute setting.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Currently licensed in the applicable state and in good standing.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification on hire or during orientation; must stay current.

Responsabilidades

• Follow and implement patient-specific physical therapy treatment plans.
• Assess, set, and modify measurable goals.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab staff as applicable.
• Accurately document care and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
