Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for Harbour View—Maryview. The role involves evaluating patients, creating and adjusting treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy in outpatient, inpatient, pediatric, and off-site settings.

Responsibilities include accurate EMR documentation, maintaining quality and productivity, and supervising PT assistants when applicable. BLS is preferred/required within timelines; 40-hour work week with day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice (or trainee/temporary license qualifications)
• BLS Basic Life Support (required within 30 days for certain sites)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans with clear goals.
• Provide daily direct therapy and educate patients/families.
• Maintain accurate records in the EMR in a timely manner.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring quality of care.
• Follow safety, infection control, and departmental policies.
• Supervise PT assistants as applicable.
