Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our compassionate healthcare team in a full-time daytime role. You will assess residents, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and lead PT sessions to improve mobility and function.

Collaborating with physicians, OTs, and SLPs, you will document progress and ensure quality care while staying current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT to practice in Missouri (or eligible).
• Ability to develop personalized rehabilitation plans for residents.
• Experience in geriatric/ senior living settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with impairments, creating individualized plans.
• Conduct physical therapy sessions and educate residents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and SLPs for comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records per policy.
• Stay current with industry developments and continuing education requirements.
