Aspire Senior Living New Florence in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to support residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, helping maintain independence and mobility. Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, and progressive rehabilitation goals
• Conduct daily rounds to assess the physical needs of residents and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for our residents
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote optimal physical function, strength, and mobility
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and develop effective care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident treatments and progress
