Aspire Senior Living Malden is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in Malden, Missouri. You will work closely with physical therapists to deliver rehabilitation services to residents across short-term rehab and long-term care, helping them regain strength, mobility and independence.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited PTA associate degree, active Missouri PTA licensure, and experience in long-term care or rehab.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Missouri.
• N-relative (likely non-relative) experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Conduct physical therapy treatments including exercises, stretches, and activities to improve strength and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the physical therapist.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work closely with our therapy team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents.
