Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including initial evaluations and progressive rehabilitation goals.
• Conduct daily rounds to assess residents' physical needs and update treatment plans.
• Collaborate with nurses, occupational and speech therapists for comprehensive care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve function, strength and mobility.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss resident progress and care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and progress.

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our beautiful senior living community in New Florence, Missouri. Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, and progressive rehabilitation goals

• Conduct daily rounds to assess the physical needs of residents and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for our residents

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote optimal physical function, strength, and mobility

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and develop effective care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident treatments and progress

Per Diem Opportunity:

As a Per Diem/PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will be expected to work on an as-needed basis, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our community.
