Job summary

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our senior living community in New Florence, Missouri. The PT will provide skilled services to residents in our rehabilitation center, including evaluations, treatment plans, and measurable goals.

Daily rounds, collaboration with nurses and therapists, and detailed record-keeping support high-quality, resident-centered care that promotes independence and mobility.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Missouri.
• Experience in geriatrics or long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to residents, including evaluations, plans, and goals.
• Perform daily rounds to tailor treatment to each resident.
• Collaborate with nurses, OT, and SLP for comprehensive care.
• Develop and implement plans to improve mobility and strength.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and progress.

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our beautiful senior living community in New Florence, Missouri. Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, and progressive rehabilitation goals




• Conduct daily rounds to assess the physical needs of residents and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs




• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for our residents




• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote optimal physical function, strength, and mobility




• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and develop effective care plans




• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident treatments and progress

Per Diem Opportunity:

As a Per Diem/PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will be expected to work on an as-needed basis, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our community.
