Job summary

Paramount Senior Living in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our assisted living team. You’ll evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with nursing and care teams to improve mobility, balance, and independence.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania physical therapist license required.
• Experience in home health or short-term rehabilitation preferred.
