Job summary

Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center in Coal Township, PA, seeks a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. Evaluate residents and develop individualized PT plans to improve mobility, balance, strength, and independence, collaborating with nurses and therapists to deliver coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Experience with SNF/LTC is a plus, new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Net Health and PCC.
• Promote a positive, encouraging rehabilitation experience for residents.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Experience with Net Health and PCC is helpful, but not required.
