Paramount Senior Living is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role with PRN opportunities. You will help residents improve strength, balance, and mobility while working with a supportive rehabilitation team in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with therapy exercises and treatment plans.
• Support improvements in strength, balance, mobility, and independence.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and care teams.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the team.
• Encourage and motivate residents throughout rehabilitation.
