Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services for adults and seniors in and around Venice, FL. You will have a flexible schedule, a stable caseload, and support from a therapy-first team to aid clinical and administrative needs.

The role offers paid training and mentorship, mileage reimbursement, and tablet with data plan. Compensation is per visit, with rates between $65 and $80 per visit, depending on experience and equity.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR systems; training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to develop goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit
