Job summary

Amergis currently seeks a Physical Therapist for a contract-full-time travel role in California. You will evaluate patients and deliver and document therapy services according to the plan of care and physician orders when applicable.

Requirements include CA PT licensure, graduation from an accredited PT program, CPR if applicable, and the health certificate. Travel and facility assignments may be involved, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current licensed PT in California.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and document therapy services per the plan of care.
• Provide therapy services and ensure physician orders are followed when applicable.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state ofpractice
