Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Carribou, Maine. You will evaluate patients, develop and document therapy services, and carry out the plan of care and physician orders in collaboration with the care team.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
