Job summary

Amergis Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in Sebring, FL. The position requires evaluating patients, delivering and documenting therapy services per the plan of care and physician orders, with a 40-hour work week.

Minimum requirements include FL PT licensure, graduation from an accredited PT program, CPR if applicable, and full compliance with licensure and health regulations. Benefits and week paycheck structure are provided by Amergis.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.
