Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Norfolk, VA. The role involves evaluating patients and delivering therapy services in line with each patient’s plan of care and physician orders. Compensation is $2,186 per week for 40 hours.

Minimum requirements include active PT licensure in the state of practice and graduation from an accredited PT program; CPR and health documentation may be required by contract. Travel eligibility and full benefits apply.

Qualificações

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician’s orders when applicable.
