Pivot Rehabilitation Services in San Antonio, TX is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time or part-time roles. The position offers a $7,000 sign-on bonus or relocation assistance, competitive pay starting at $43/hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients.
• Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate tools.
• Reviews patient records for diagnoses, history, precautions.
• Establishes goals and develops treatment plans for independence.
• Supervises PT assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care.
• Communicates evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and team.
