Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation in San Antonio is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, treat, and manage patient care. You will screen and assess patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve function.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Physical Therapy and current Texas licensure; strong communication and ability to work with patients and families. We offer a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Essential Functions

• Screens, evaluates, and treats Patients
• Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures
• Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions and contraindication
• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to move the patient toward his or her maximum level of independence and/or function
• Supervises physical therapist assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient-related activities in accordance with state practice act.
• Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team members

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of current practice
