The Center at Park West is actively hiring Physical Therapists to join our skilled nursing facility team in Colorado. We offer a $4000 sign-on bonus and ongoing education opportunities to support your professional growth.

Position types include full-time, part-time, or PRN, giving flexible scheduling while focusing on evidence-based, patient-centered care and comprehensive discharge planning. Pay is experience dependent and designed to reward high-quality care.

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapist (PT) program – new grads welcome!
• Current state licensure
• CPR certification

• Identifying and meeting patients’ goals and needs
• Developing care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Creating fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
• Providing quality, personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Motivating patients during treatment to help them function optimally
• Promoting clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Consulting and practicing with other health professionals
• Evaluating effects, monitoring and communicating progress
• Documenting patient care services

Primary Responsibilities and Job Duties

• Identifying and meeting patients’ goals and needs
• Offering cost‑effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
• Reducing the need for medications and providing alternatives to surgery
• Developing care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Creating fitness‑ and wellness‑oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
• Providing quality, personalized, evidence‑based care and proven interventions
• Motivating patients during treatment to help them function optimally
• Promoting clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Consulting and practicing with other health professionals
• Evaluating effects, monitoring and communicating progress
• Documenting patient care services
