Full-Time Physical Therapist
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a PT who enjoys combining patient care with mentorship, collaboration, and program development in a supportive skilled nursing/rehab environment.
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in driving clinical excellence, supporting team development, and enhancing resident outcomes.
Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to residents
- Serve as the primary rehabilitation communicator with the interdisciplinary team (IDT)
- Participate actively in daily clinical and operational meetings
- Support and mentor therapy staff, including PTA supervision
- Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture
- Identify opportunities to improve therapy services and resident outcomes
- Assist with census growth initiatives and strengthen community relationships
- Collaborate with leadership to support operational and clinical goals across both locations
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and team collaboration
- Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple sites
