Full-Time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a PT who enjoys combining patient care with mentorship, collaboration, and program development in a supportive skilled nursing/rehab environment.

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in driving clinical excellence, supporting team development, and enhancing resident outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Reduced productivity expectations to support leadership responsibilities
• Coverage responsibilities across two therapy sites - supervision of PTA staff at a sister location

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to residents
• Serve as the primary rehabilitation communicator with the interdisciplinary team (IDT)
• Participate actively in daily clinical and operational meetings
• Support and mentor therapy staff, including PTA supervision
• Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture
• Identify opportunities to improve therapy services and resident outcomes
• Assist with census growth initiatives and strengthen community relationships
• Collaborate with leadership to support operational and clinical goals across both locations

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and team collaboration
• Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple sites
