Job summary

Aura Health in Payson, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehabilitation care in a skilled nursing setting, supporting patients with long- and short-term post-acute needs. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe, functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (MSPT or DPT preferred).
• Active licensure in the applicable state; CPR certification required.
