Job summary

Health Wealth Safe seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide direct rehabilitation care to patients in our Arizona facility, following physician referrals and all applicable laws and standards. You will develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes using therapy software.

You will supervise PTAs, rehab aides, and students while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and maintain patient safety and rights.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Active licensure in applicable state and CPR certification.
• Preferred one year of experience; new graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
