Role Overview:

The Physical Therapist provides direct rehabilitation care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement treatment plans, assess and modify goals, oversee therapy staff, document progress accurately, and utilize therapy software.

Patient Focus:

Serve a diverse population with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs, aiming to improve functional outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must have a degree in physical therapy (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT), hold an active license, and demonstrate proficiency in patient care, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication. New graduates are welcome.

Additional Requirements:

CPR certification, good body mechanics, professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to policies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
