Job summary

InHome Therapy in Orlando is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home services to adult and geriatric patients. You will evaluate mobility and function, develop goals, and implement rehabilitation programs in patients' homes.

Flexible schedule with autonomy, consistent caseload, mileage reimbursement, and tools provided. Per-visit compensation ranges $65–$80, with bonus potential based on complexity and volume.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
