Job summary

InHome Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home care for adult and geriatric patients in their homes. Full-time role with a flexible schedule and consistent caseload.

Per-visit compensation with mileage reimbursement, tablet and data plan provided, paid training, and leadership opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients at home.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adults and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to develop goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare standards.

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
